Terms and Condition


A £50 non refundable deposit is payable on booking. Outstanding balance due 4 weeks prior to your event.
The customer agrees to allow photographs taken by Candy Heaven to be used for promotional purposes. 

Delivery and pick up to venues within a 20 mile radius of Glasgow (G53) are included in the cost of hire, 

Outside of this can incur a charge for additional travelling time. POA.


A £50 breakage deposit is required, payable on balance, which is refunded within 1 week of the event subject to there being no damage or loss to “Candy Heaven” property.


Cancellation charges will apply:- Within 4 weeks of the event - 100% of total cost. 

In the very unlikely event that the booking is cancelled by Candy Heaven any payment received will be fully refunded.


Nut Allergies & Safety Warnings


Please note that some of the sweets may contain or have traces of nuts or nut oils; or may have been made alongside other products containing nuts. 

Candy Heaven cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from food allergies. Customers should also ensure that children are suitably supervised to avoid sweets being chosen which would pose a choking risk.


Candy Heaven can NOT be held responsible for safety issues which occur from the use of equipment, consumables or the consumption of confectionery left at the celebration location. 

Our sweets are served in glassware and it is your guests responsibility to ensure that their children are suitably supervised around the Candy Cart at all times to ensure their safety and avoid any breakages. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that, under no circumstances, is the cart to be moved during the celebration by anybody other than Candy Heaven staff.

Please note that it is the clients responsibility to ensure there is access for the candy cart at your venue. 
The dimensions are:
  • Width - 620mm
  • Length - 1240mm
  • Full height when assembled - 1940mm
